| RULES: | This race is governed by the rules and regulations of the Lake Mission Viejo Yacht Club, the current USSA rules, and Lido 14 Class rules. | ||||

ENTRIES:

For non-LMV members registration is restricted to the first twelve Thistle and first twelve Lido boats. Non-LMV Lido skippers must be members of the Lido 14 Class Association or their guest. LMVYC Thistle and Lido sailors are also welcome. Entry deadline is Friday, March 12 for non-LMV boats and 12:00 noon on race day for LMV boats. | FEES: | Pre-registration, $15 per boat ($20 at the race). Fees cover all races, after race refreshments and trophies. | ||||
| TROPHIES: | There will be 1 trophy per 3 boats in each class for the top finishers in both the ‘A’ fleet and the ‘B’ fleet. | ||||
| SAFETY: | The Lake Mission Viejo Yacht Club requires all sailors to wear USCG approved personal flotation devices when posted while on Lake Mission Viejo. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. | ||||
| INSURANCE: |
Each boat owner (skipper) must have personal liability and damage insurance, as prescribed by the Thistle Association By-Laws, and/or Lido Association By-Laws, currently in effect at the time of the race.
Proof of Insurance must be provided at time of registration. |

PRE-REGISTRATION ENTRY FEE: $15.00 ($20 at the club): I agree to comply with all rules, the racing rules of the United States Sailing Association and Lake Mission Viejo Association rules as stated. I enter at my own risk and will not hold the Thistle Association, the Lido 14 Class Association, the officers or Race Committee of the Lake Mission Viejo Yacht Club, or the Lake Mission Viejo Association, its officers, directors, employees, or any other party affiliated with these races, responsible for any damages, accident or injury to myself or my crew, family or guests, or my property, including my boat. I verify that I can swim, and that my crew and I will wear a USCG approved lifejacket while in my boat when posted during these races. I also certify that my boat is insured, and that I will submit proof upon registration. I, my crew, or anyone in my party (guest) will be responsible for any damage to Lake Mission Viejo Association and Lake Mission Viejo Yacht Club property and/or facilities.
