2002 Ullman B Regatta & Clinic
September 7 & 8, 2002
The Ullman B Regatta was created at a time when Lido 14 racers were elevated to the "A" fleet only after winning a regatta. This regatta was originally created to help bolster the up and coming "B" fleet racers and to offer one more opportunity for one of them to get into the A fleet.
In the past 10 or so years, the Ullman B has served more as a clinic to help bring new B sailors up the skill curve. Racing was mixed with hands on coaching and clinics, both on and off the water. This tradition continued for this year's running of the event however the educational component was split out and run separately on Saturday the 7th, leaving Sunday the 8th for racing.
Trophies were awarded to the top two teams.
