LAST RACE DAY OF THE FLEET 21
VAN SLYKE TROPHY SERIES. (Race results count toward the
LIDO 14, FLEET 21, OCEANSIDE, CALIFORNIA
1.1 The regatta will be governed
by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing.
1.2 The prescriptions of the
national authority of the United States will apply.
1.3 Some racing rules will be
changed. The changes will appear in full in the sailing
2 ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
2.1 The regatta is open to boats
of the Lido 14 class.
2.3 Late entries will be accepted
at the discretion of the Race Committee.
3.1 Required fees are as follows:
first warning signal for Race Day 5 will be made at 11:57 AM on MAY
there will be a skippers’ meeting
on the launch ramp at 11 AM.
4.3 The remaining race days will

The sailing instructions will be
available at the launch ramp and the Fleet 21 webpage.
6.1 The Outer Basin course charts
will be made available.
7.1 The Low Point System of
Appendix A will apply.
7.2 The best 16 scores in the 20
race series will apply to the final scoring.
Prizes will rarely be given. No

The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material
damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or
prior to, during, or after the regatta.
