2009 YBYC Columbus Day Regatta

October 10 & 11, 2009
A record seven Lidos turned out October 10-11 under sunny skies and moderate winds in postcard-scenic Newport Oregon for the Yaquina Bay Yacht Club Columbus Day Regatta. World Class marina facilities, great food, terrific race committee, friendly locals, seals and sea lions, all combined to make for a very enjoyable event. Historically this has not been a big Lido event, but after the great experience this year, Yaquina Bay may become an annual destination for the Northwest District.
